   Hey,

   Trouble

   Can't pair mouses via Bluetooth.

   Story

   I had a problem with my MX Chief 2S so in the Bluetooth carte I clicked on "remove device".

   Now I tin can't pair information technology whatsoever more than (and I don't have the dongle). I press on the EasySwitch, light is blinking, "MX Master 2S" pop ups in listing, click on "connect", "connecting", the light is now constant white (good sign), but and then it turns off, and "Try connecting your device again" shows upward.

   I tin connect the mouse to a unlike computer successfully, so its working. I tin connect my Bluetooth head phones to my computer successfully.

   And then I tried connect a Microsoft mouse (via Bluetooth) and the story is the same- information technology tin can't pair. This mouse tin can as well connect to another reckoner.

   What is the deviation between the mouses and the headphones? Maybe they are BLE?..

   How I tried fixing it?

   • I tried update all Bluetooth drivers (through device managing director car choice)
   • Remove and reinstall BL drivers
   • Connect to different channels (of the MX master 2S)
   • Charge mouse
   • Remove all other Bluetooth devices
   • Reboot computer
   • Update BIOS using Lenovo Vantage
   • Update windows from 1903 (OS Build 18362.476) to 1909 (OS Build 18363.476)
   • "allow this computer to turn off this device to salve power" is unchecked
   • Bluetooth Support Service is running
   • Bluetooth troubleshooter

2. Bluetooth does not Recognize/Pair/See Bluetooth Hardware

   Arrangement Information: Asus Notebook UX303L, Windows 10, Microsoft Arc Touch Mouse Surface Edition

   Okay, I've been working on this for awhile and have tried a million things. I'grand going back to square i so pretend I haven't tried anything withal.

   Hither is the problem.

   I but upgraded to Windows 10 (from windows 8.i) on a ii month old laptop. On previous version there were NO problems with bluetooth. The problems started immediately after upgrade.

   When the upgrade finished Windows x remembered all of my previous Bluetooth pairs. My bluetooth mouse (Microsoft Arc Touch Mouse Surface Edition) worked before the installation but after my organization reboot the cursor no longer showed movement. The batteries are new. The mouse is acting exactly like it does when it is properly connected (lights flash, makes scrolling sounds, etc). When I checked the Bluetooth device screen it all the same showed every bit paired. I rebooted. No alter. So I unpaired the device. When I unpaired the device it flashed for a second as a possible device to pair with so was no longer on the list. Other possible devices to pair with appear and disappear from the listing without cause. (Ex. sees a scanner for a few seconds then no longer has a scanner. Sometimes its upwardly for a few minutes at most merely the listing is constantly flickering.) And then I rebooted. Then it did not run into the mouse at all. I did this for several days. Sometimes when I would turn on my laptop it would flicker, sometimes it would not. After about 3 days with no explanation it suddenly showed up and did not flicker. I connected the mouse and it worked for about 2 days. On the 3rd day I tried once more, and the cursor would no longer respond even though the mouse was interim exactly the same. I rebooted. No modify. I unpaired the device and information technology never showed up on the list. It's flickered a few times but when I click on information technology to pair information technology pops up with an error basically maxim "cannot pair. Please cheque and encounter if the device is still set to connect to bluetooth." That is only on the rare occasion that it actually shows upwards on the list long enough to hitting pair (maybe 2 times out of 50 attempts or more.)

   I've tried everything I tin think of, but I'd like to try everything in order that someone else would try to see if I'k missing something.

   Information technology is a Microsoft mouse past all ways it should work on Microsoft drivers. :/ Arg. Please requite any suggestions to aid.

   Hello in that location,

   My Bluetooth mouse "Microsoft Sculpt Touch Mouse" is paired to my PC just will not connect any more than. The only mean I found to go it back to work is to become in the Windows carte du jour: Settings > Devices > Bluetooth, to delete "Microsoft Sculpt Touch Mouse" device, to push the bluetooth pairing button on the mouse and to request new pairing on PC side. Then it is paired and continued, it works for a while, so again connectedness is definitely lost and I demand to redo all the stuff in a higher place.

   Drivers (mouse and bluetooth radio) are upward-to-date as said by Windows itself.

   Anyone had this kind of problem? Any idea on how to solve it?
   I recall it is linked to my update from WIN 7 to WIN 10.

   Testing a Lenovo Bluetooth mouse and keyboard, Model LXH-JME8002B.
   Manage Bluetooth Devices finds the Lenovo Bluetooth Mouse and when I click PAIR I get Connected then Paired, but the mouse arrow volition not motility. I've tried this and without my Wireless Logitech mouse connected.

   With the Wireless Logitech mouse removed, I can move the mouse pointer with the touchpad but the supposedly paired BT Mouse tin't. With it continued I tin move information technology with the Logitech mouse but non the Lenovo BT mouse.

   Does not see the Lenovo Bluetooth Keyboard at all.

   I'chiliad at build 10074, updated last evening from 10061.
